The yes votes have gone down from25% not up. Btw I was a yes . Reason being is so many drivers have no qualms about damaging other peoples stuff and shrugging it off.

When you see a TMC driver ask them then, because that's what I was told. Sounds legit to me. Makes sense considering they are "employee owned" company.

I would like the exact instance of shaming, maybe a specific incident. If it is a constant issue with the same person and they haven't let them go, I'm not sure how i would feel about that. The poll makes it sound like a one time deal. Do they do something similar when you do something well?

When I was a supervisor for Penske Logistics, basic management policy was to never discipline an employee in front of fellow employees. Take any college level management course and they will tell you the same thing. The only thing you get from a practice like this is many employees who think they have been singled out without anyone hearing their side of the story. And those unhappy employees on the list have many opportunities for retribution. Sabotaging company/ customer equipment off site, stealing equipment etc., many other ways that cannot be traced.

I would hope so. On the Wall of Fame, that would be the perfect spot to have the glossy 8 X 10 picture of the driver and a postcard for mom.

Considering the military atmosphere that tmc tries to keep, I wouldn't be surprised if this was an attempt to weedout the thin skinned.

Nope, was agreeing with you. Then added that if a company does shame a driver.. they had better praise them at a much higher level.

I very much appreciate you replying. I was thinking, this could go either way. LOL

I know the drivers I work with get praised publicly and talked to more quietly about any issues.
