I have Ontario class AZ license and my employer wants me to make a profile on Fmcsa clearing house website. I did so but when i try to upload my CDL information it says verification failed. I tried all the methods such as removing space , hyphen but it still didn’t work .What should i do now? I tried calling Fmcsa support but they are not receiving my call.

I got the same warning something about if CLD number has spaces then try with without the spaces. It's said I did not have any violations Ha ha, so maybe the system is just messed up. I even got email like two week later saying I did not have correct CLD number in system. I just logged back in and update my CDL. It says it verified my CLD this time. I don't have any violations still. Maybe give it a week or two. Their is a spot to update CDL information now or I just missed it last time.

The Clearinghouse is a secure online database that gives employers, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), State Driver Licensing Agencies (SDLAs), and State law enforcement personnel real-time information about commercial driver’s license (CDL) and commercial learner’s permit (CLP) holders’ drug and alcohol program violations.
The Clearinghouse contains records of violations of drug and alcohol prohibitions in 49 CFR Part 382, Subpart B, including positive drug or alcohol test results and test refusals. When a driver completes the return-to-duty (RTD) process and follow-up testing plan, this information is also recorded in the Clearinghouse.
