Big difference between taking care of the equipment and keeping it shiny.

Probably safe to say the owners fall into this camp. If so, nice folks but cheap.

I realize this is an old thread but was curious if you ever went to work for them? I have an offer with them up in Casper.

It's a bad time in the oil fields right now, you can probably tell yourself by looking at gas prices at the pump and how they keep dropping. They just fired their CEO, I believe they've been posting losses for several years now. They've closed their terminal in the Bakkens and only owner operators work in the Permian now (they can't make money there for their company drivers), Farmington doesn't have any work so all you're looking at is Vernal. December was really, really bad for everyone in the company, lots of people are walking out.

That being said, if they're able to keep you busy (a big if right now), pay is excellent. If you drive for their OTR division, you'll get a new Peterbilt after a couple months with the company. Larry Brady has been a trucker for about 40 years, his dad was a trucker, it's in their blood and nearly all of management has several years if not decades in a truck.

No hand holding at the company, they provide little to no training and will expect you to know what to do at day one.
