Got the lab report from the vampire lady group....here we sit doing some self analyzing. It seems that having your left arm in the window is not sufficient to getting the daily minimum requirement of Vitamin D. I would be guessing that folks in the PNW are all Vit D impaired....LOL!
Calcium is also low....milk and enriched dairy products (???) along with some over the counter vitamins could be an answer.
Now the big one....PSA is very high (prostrate numbers) .... can't be too much of an issue, since the referral appointment is a month out... so I get to look forward to the 2 hour pee routine for another 30 or so days.
Otherwise, everything else is in the green zone....mama was very surprised that my thyroid and blood sugar are in normal ranges.
I'm thinking she might be regretting increasing that life insurance policy....ROFLMBO!!!!!

The old man is pretty much letting me book my own loads, and most of his too . pretty much giving me free reign to see if I'm cut out for this. I've deff gained a good bit of knowledge in the last month or so. Biggest fear is disappointing the ole man

I know you guys aren't in the door slamming dry box biz but I'll shed a few things why i think rates will keep coming up and what were getting per mi. 2 truck operation

700 on 168 mi 4.16/mi, most of the time we get a 600$ load coming back up to Scranton or Bing. Same day pick-delv 1300$ on 390mi or if we run back empty it's still 2.08 for the round. $850 on 175 (buzzottos) that actually paid 75hr det.

1250 for 347mi with 5k in the wagon. And if we dont feel like dh 70 mi to Hollis Center to grab water it's still ok to come back empty. Yea it cuts into rate but we let that cheap stuff sit and come back MT.

Loomis armored to garda armored 76k worth of pennies 1120 on 330ish mi

This is running short haul within 300mi radius of Binghamton ny.

Is this an indication skate board rates are on the upswing?

@Superhauler this is the file that would work but mack won't decrease hp lol

The file in it now is a 400 which is only 17° full load instead of 25° in the 300 file

16.9:1 to 15.3:1 is a pretty drastic change and where it's to far retarded is in lower rpms where it should advance it more and then retard in higher rpms

I hope so ! Rates for HH are in the crapper. I'm insulated from it with who I work with. But this is the slow time for us. I'm at the point in my life where I don't need to worry bout having to turn $$$$$.
