Not completely sure. All I know is I pay under $20 a month ;-) They offer upgrades like their loadboard access, etc, but I don't need the upgrades.

Peoplenet is complete garbage. Keep Trukin worked surprisingly well on a $50 android smart phone. Intuitive and easy to edit hours, probably the most user friendly on a smart phone, IMO. I found it pretty amazing that I could navigate, listen to podcasts via bluetooth, have a good ELD, and make and receive bluetooth calls, do all kinds of voice commands w/ google assistant, all on a $50 cheapo LG smartphone(XCHARGE+) Great battery life too! I carry an older Stylo 3 as a backup but it is battery hungry. Secret is to keep the screen dim as possible I think, or keep it plugged in.

I just finished upgrading the operating system and firmware on my Omnitracs IVG device. I reported earlier that my device has been slow (for a long time). Well, this upgrade has fixed it so far. The HOS section now has a more modern look, using the colors orange and white on the graph tab. It’s nice.

Just ordered a Switchboard box myself. $200 for the box, $400ish if you buy their tablet to go with it. No monthly fees unless you use their tablet then it’s $15 a month for data service I think. Their tablet won’t let you use WiFi to piggyback off another devices wifi hotspot so I just resurrected an old tablet I had instead of buying theirs. So far so good, doesn’t have as many features as some but I like simple as long as it works

I wasnt sure but that is why I did not look that hard at them. Glad I chose my ELD since I am paying only $180 a year but that also included my hardware and IFTA.

Glad you're happy with it. I'm a big proponent of BigRoad. It's one of the nicest and easiest platforms I've ever used, and I've used quite a few different over the years.

It keeps track of how many times you disconnect it, the locations where it was unhooked and plugged back in, and the miles driven while it was unhooked. He’s better off just using PC so there’s not a ton of disconnects.
