Sign in with your Amazon account, or create a new account to haul with Amazon.
- USDOT and MC numbers
- Company details
- Insurance provider information
- Bank account and routing information

REQUIREMENTS
Before you begin onboarding onto Amazon Relay, ensure that your company meets at least the following requirements.
- An active DOT number with interstate authority and a valid MC number
- A “Carrier” entity type that is Authorized for Property and for Hire
- A Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Safety Rating of “Satisfactory,” “None,” or “Not Rated”
- All required insurance policies including:
- Commercial General Liability not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate
- Auto Liability not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, including a trailer replacement coverage of $50,000
- Cargo coverage of least $100,000
- Workers’ Compensation insurance in all jurisdictions where your company operates
- Employer Liability not less than $100,000 per occurrence

As a sole proprietor you can’t cover yourself on workers comp at least when I checked 20 years ago.......

Some one posted they got $950 for a 150 loaded mile run, don’t know how many deadhead miles he ran to get it, but $950 for 150 miles doesn’t sound to bad to me, but I don’t know all the fact about this load, maybe he’ll see this post and fill in the blanks
