I've noted on the 10 speed that at slow idle, the truck will move 4mph in 4th gear. 3rd gear slow idle won't register on the GPS. The speedometer reads a touch above 5 mph, at that speed. Works at the plant, during slow times. 550 rpm.

Autoshift needs throttle to move, so that would be a problem. Not going to work well at all.

No footwork? Not with any I have seen, but I never had one with a clutch, either.

Won't suffer another not in a loaner, either.

Ha! The super elog crawl! I actually went a mile from a receiver to a parking spot doing it. I know, that would have been a justified use of pc, but it amused me to creep along at 3 mph with my flashers on (little side road, no traffic).

Why don't ya'll just go into Personal Conveyance? If you need to move in a rest area or the yard it's totally legal. If your ELD doesn't do it, then get a different ELD.

    HD_Renegade Thanks this.

Kenworth calls it "urge to move" or something, the AMT starts crawling with no pedal work.

I'm not so sure a yard move is a legitimate use of PC

If you're just moving a truck in the yard to get out of the way, I'm pretty sure it can constitute a PC event. Obviously laws on that are confusing, but I do believe it's allowed.
