any swift mentors on this forum? I am interested in being a mentor but I am not seeing much talk about how good the pay is?
I know all the downsides of being a mentor besides the pay. I can handle being with a stranger and sleeping in a moving truck. Being with swift for about 10 months has given me the willpower to be patient with just about anything now.
Any mentors know what the pay is like? Any ex mentors that stopped Becouse the pay was low?
Let me know , you can private message me too if that helps.

I only know about being solo, sorry.
Mentors can make more money, especially if they can get the student into team driving fairly quickly.
But to me it simply isn't worth the risk.
Plus, I would be a lousy teacher.
And that is the aspect that bothers me most about the OP.
No mention of wanting to teach other drivers, but seems only interested in the money.

Well Iv been driving for 10 months and so far I know the basics with swift. I haven’t gave a reason for swift to not to accept me. Of course I’m in it for the money, I’m pretty sure there wouldnt be mentors if Swift didn’t pay you extra to teach students. I’m good at teaching . I’m not going to automatically let them drive by themselves after the first week, I’m definitely going to to my due diligence.

Knowing the basics is a far cry from a seasoned veteran that has real experience.
5 years should be the minimum experience to become a mentor, in my opinion.
After 9 years out here I still run up against the unexpected. After 10 months I was barely wet behind the ears.
