DPF "melted" inside

    Op I would be checking the doser and make sure it's not leaking/dripping when Regen is not needed or maybe it's dosing too much fuel when regening. This extra fuel could cause a meltdown.

    meltdown also happens after overnight idling. I don't know about Cummins but Detroit has Autoelevate feature in ecu to avoid dpf meltdowns after long idling .

    Paccar has same thing, call it HC desorb. Can be automatic or manually controlled. Oil soaking of DPF can also cause meltdown. Screenshot_20200216-160043.png Screenshot_20200216-160032.png
