I stopped at the Petro West of Nashville (Like 45 miles) on I-40 expecting garbage. Was I surprised.....Not overly Crowded, Wait Staff was unparalleled with Great Service and good attitudes- Very old fashioned-Lotta locals there......

I usually dont like Tennessee and I generally dont service that state (Only Memphis) But I had to Go to Nashville (Which is terrible) For a pickup

I can understand that and don't blame you a bit. Wish my company did cause some of the smaller fuel stops are junkie to say the least.

YES, and if you do that then you should get ''free'' parking for up to 34 hrs. Minimum $ spent required.

When loves puts puts them all out of business
They still won't a clue what happened.

I pump all my fuel and spend all my money
    At loves.
There the only truck stop that appreciates
    My business.
And they show it through their rewards program.
They basically buy me lunch every time I fill up.

The only reason Love’s doesn’t have reserved parking is because almost all of their lots are small compared to PFJ and TA/Petro, but I do see Love’s putting up a few reserved parking spaces in the future. It’s business.

Some of them already have it. Part of the problem with paid parking is that some companies don’t reimburse for parking. It’s fine and dandy for owner/operators who could write it off as a business expense but not for a company driver who doesn’t own the truck to begin with. And a lot of these companies don’t want to pay their drivers much to start, let alone reimburse for expenses.

    Love’s with reserved parking? Where?

I was reading that Love’s built a truck stop with 177 parking spaces in Hampshire, IL. They surprised me. Maybe they’re seeing some future in reserved parking.

I’m thinking one of the problems with reserved parking is that it can be eliminated by other businesses that decide to put a truck stop next to it with free parking. It’s time to get into the truck stop business, eh!

Tonight I just wanted a parking spot.
To eat, shower and wash my clothes.
    It's 1 am..no choice but to pay the $20.
