Tell me. Have you ever met an honest trucking company? They only care about seating trucks and making money. Now as far as the L/P program, did you read the contract? Unloading off duty. So you're falsifying logs and acting as if the company makes you? My Qualcomm workflow won't even let you acknowledge your paperwork off duty. So tell me, if you were to get an inspection and Johnny Law wanted to see your BOLs and saw that the time stamp didn't match the logs, who gets the ticket? Now I too work for a low pay outfit and barely made it to $0.42 cpm before the $0.03 per diem. How hard do you run? If that account isn't doing it for you, can't you opt out and choose another?
