All I can do is shake my head. This country becomes a bigger joke every day. I see a former Canadian oilfield company is recruiting Alberta patch workers to work in Texas. Wonder if they'd get a guy a green card?

It does make you wonder. Especially the last half year. It's going to the pansies.

 

Its just stupidity. I mean some opposition is good. Keeps the big companies in check but there's gotta be some give and compromise from both sides. I mean this crap is starting to affect people's lives majorly. Not many jobs that pay well enough to get ahead anymore. More like just scrape by.

 

Exactly. Something just felt a little off about the deal. Took em about 2 hours to find the engine. It was supposed to be created, not this weird cage thing that I can't even mess with the little tarp inside it. Then the broker says screw it, just roll..? Anytime a tarp has come up after the fact, I've either tarped it for more $, or made them unload & took a tonu..

Either way, it's safe now..

Is that originally one of them black painted bars.? I broke a black one same as you. Cranked on it & noticed the bar hit the ground before the dog on the winch would engage. More like it slowly tore I guess..?

Got one of the chrome jobs now. Not trouble out of it yet.. 2 years old maybe..

Yes is was a black one. The chrome ones are to slippery for my liking.
