That’s each time I fill, actual gallons/miles. The computer said I was only getting 9.2. It’s pretty accurate most of the time. Every once in a while it gets way off track though.

I don’t talk about every fill, just ones I find interesting, due to terrain or a lengthy period between a full fill up.

that was 13 pallets, not 7, I forgot. Still light though, only about 15k pounds.

I’d also strongly suggest you be on the dock if it’s multi pick and multi delivery produce. The shippers, on the multi pick and drop stuff, will just run product in there. They have no concept or knowledge of the order of your stops. If you get pallets in the wrong position the next shipper will usually not fix it for you. If they only have to move one PO to put their stuff on and keep that other PO in the tail position that’s usually ok. These brokers don’t seem to understand that either, that if you have 4 picks and several drops, and 2-3 POs at each pick. You could be getting pallets for each drop at each shipper and really end up with a big mess. The brokers usually do not tell you what customer ordered which PO. When I check in I ask them where each PO is going and direct them accordingly. You also will usually not be told how many pallet positions there are. I normally only do one single when I’m doing these types of loads, or you get to the last place and there’s no room. If that happens, they won’t rework the entire trailer, and again you have a big mess on your hands.
Some of the more specialized brokers know all this and they do a better job. Any general brokerage will not know all these things and it makes it much more stressful for you.

What's the mileage on the A26? Is it 3 years already? So far, you never complained about any motor or emission system issues. Maybe, after the Maxxforce fiasco, International got it right this time. Still, choosing this over X15 took quite a courage but it is proving to be the right choice.

Sounds like a big headache, I'll pass. I'm sure those loads don't pay enough to deal with it. Lol. But I do appreciate the info. Duly noted.

I used to do multiple pick with multiple drops loads as a company driver. Never had any issue. I just checked temp, didn't have to worry about what PO was for who and what not. I'm enjoying my frozen loads. They pay way better than van freight and about the same difficulty. Lol.

Couple weeks ago. Thought I'd give it a try after not pulling one for 15 years.

I had that breakdown in NC, a DOC inlet temp sensor and the DEF in-tank sensor. I wasn’t down for long though. I did my break at the dealer and left the next morning. The DOC was warranty and the DEF part was around 475.00 total.
I have 286k on it right now, bought in November 2017.
