Anyone have experience with Fed-Ex?
I'm trying to decide if its worth my while grabbing another couple tractors and putting them on with them.
I have asked around and can't seem to get a consensus on what they are paying, I've asked Fed-Ex and even they seem to vary, so looking for answers from the horses mouth so to speak!
Cheers in advance.

And it's also in our contract that we can not discuss the rates. You get shown the rates after you have applied for a contract opportunity, and it has been awarded to you.
The points system only comes into play on dedicated routes.truckdriver31 Thanks this. -

Problem with FXG now is, they no longer put out single truck contracts. Depending on location you maybe required to put on at a minimum 2 trucks, sometimes more.
The only OTR wild contracts are for teams. Everything else is local work. Home daily.
Depending on where you are determines your rate. When I started with 1 local truck in the northeast I did well enough, I was able to pay myself a salary of $80k a year with a paid off truck.
But the real money with FXG is in having multiple trucks.
But I can tell you, it's tough for us right now. We have too many trucks not enough work. FedEx is looking at downsizing us for the time being. -
I know someone who got rid of 13 trucks every truck was under fedex ...he said not worth it ...

Which Fedex are you talking about? OP didn't mention FXG. Could be Customs Critical.
Need more info. -
Thanks for all the replies, I think I'll be passing on the chance! Makes sense now why the rates were all over the place!
