I strongly disagree with this post. First off, it is not the "record" that needs fixing. It is the individual who is making bad decisions. Second, about the only thing hiring a lawyer is going to do, is to cost him money.
Now, to the OP. If you REALLY want to drive commercial, then get on the wagon now, and stay on it. Your profile says you are 20 years old. But I'm not talking about just "waiting until you are 21 to go out get schidt faced." I'm talking about getting off the sauce altogether.
If you can maintain without further problems until you are in the 27-29 year age bracket, I don't believe your actions up until now will keep you out of driving. But don't look to get into it in the near future.
You are headed down a steep slope. It is up to YOU and no one else how you handle this.
Good luck.

most of what u say is true but still if u can get it removed or some thing do it. I just went to one of the big trucking company for a refreasher cource they found out i was in trouble when i was 12 years old and they kicked me out . lI am 42 years old now and never been in trouble again that was 30 years ago and it still followed me .So do your self a favor and try to get rid of it.

regor you have just GOT to be kidding here. They held something against you, that you did when you were 12 years old? Man, I find that very hard to believe. Are you sure there are not other things that entered into this as well?
Just how did they find out about something you did at 12? Juvenile records are sealed, unless the juvie is tried as an adult!
Please don't take this wrong, as I have no intent to call you a liar here. I just find this totally. incredibly. horribly. WRONG! If in fact, this is all they have against you, I don't blame you for your advice. -
hey don go down a few post and read mine . Going to school be careful who u talk to. that should sum it up.

Good to know... I got in trouble at school when i was 14 but I did not get a arrested because of my age. I did have to go to court and got put on probation and had community service and all of that. They told me once i completed all of the things i needed to do, the drug classes, pay off probation and do my 24 hours community service, they'd wipe it off of my record but to this day Im not sure if they were bs'ing or not.. either way im glad to know this. I always wondered in the back of my mind if this would come back to bite me in the ###. i have long since changed my ways by the way. stopped hanging around the guys i used to. matter of fact I got into a situtation at school today where a guy wanted me to give him a ride to his house and turns out he had bud on him so i wouldnt let him in my car... anyways thanks for the info!

I agree with all the other posters in the end its up to you. Some of my friends from highschool were doing and still doing what the OP was doing and most of them have DUI's and have been in county. Its a sad life if you keep doing what you were doing. Good luck to you.

You are lucky you didn't get arrested for indecent exposure. That willl make you become a registered sex offender for life. That really happens.
Forget about driving for a living 'til you get a grip on the booze. Bill W. should be your friend.
