Problem uploading CDL information on fmcsa clearing house

i am ontario driver. trying to upload since a week. trying to secure my job. let me know if it works for you

 

now almost all companies asking for account in clearinghouse. what efforts you are putting to get validated?

Are you asking what keeps a company from putting in false information?
If so, the company has no control over adding data. That's reserved for the MRO.

 

i mean now companies posting new jobs and asking for (you must be registered with clearinghouse) its getting mandatory now.

my issue is they are not validating my CDL.

 

My only advice isn't really all that good, but... Simply don't work for a company that doesn't know how the Clearinghouse works. Signing up is not mandatory for the driver. The company can always do a limited query with a signed release. You only need to give permission for the full query. The company only needs to do a full query when the limited comes back with records showing a failed test.

 

Everyone starting to work for a new company must do a drug test, and to do the drug test, you must register with the clearinghouse and have your cdl verified. So sooner or later everybody will have to do this. Its the same for every company.
