    It doesn't say the truck was being used to deal drugs. So not sure, but if it wasn't, then it's legalized theft.

    The guy was charged with possession, not with intent to distribute, according to the article.

    The driver was charged with 2nd degree felony marijuana possession. The driver plead guilty to the charge in spring 2019. It’s a legit seizure.

    You don’t have to deal or distribute. Just possessing drugs is enough in some jurisdictions to warrant a seizure.
