Customer didn’t have room for my product. So instead of sitting around all day I grabbed an empty to go run a short one. I’ll be able to unload both trailers when I get back tonight. This is my first time pulling anything but a Mac.

Yes. And next time remind me to just beat my head against the wall instead of pulling one. Lol

 

And to think I was gonna say we have a few of those around, old and beat up, but I liked them. Lol.

 

Happiness is...

Showing up at 8pm for an 8:30pm live load, being told it's going to be 3 hours to load you yet, then 5 hours later being told it's going to be 8 hours more.

At least the guy said I could drop.the trailer and they would have a yard driver move it in and load it while I headed to the hotel for my 10.

This is what happens when I take extra loads to try and get ahead of the game. Bites me in the ### every time.

 

Being laid off for the last month, free to do whatever the heck I want, along with nearly perfect weather. Then being called Friday and told to return to work Sunday night.

 

I really like our J&Ls. They work great for hauling plastic pellets. The owner of our company looked into Mac trailers, but they were to heavy

 

Oh boy, I do NOT miss wrangling the metal hose. I'll stick with dirty powders.
