brushing your teeth outside

I never thought about that being disgusting. I brush my teeth outside too. If there are bushes around, I try to spit there.

 

Ya, I'd be more worried about other stuff on the ground besides toothpaste and saliva...

 

I do alot of camping and I just spit in a cup, then rinse it out with water.

 

why dont you use the bathroom? people do it all the time.

 

Have you seen some f the bathrooms at the truckstops lately??? I brush mine every morning outside and have never had a problem with other drivers complaining. Now I do have a problem with drivers that don't comprehend personal hygene.

 

Most of the time when I have tried to brush my teeth in a truck stop restroom, or see others doing so, it seems that everybody under the sun has to use the restroom. With such high traffic coming in and out, and at least one person using a sink to brush teeth, shave, etc., it just creates a traffic jam with everybody else that actually wants to wash their hands after relieving themselves.
Not to mention, some truck truck stop restrooms smell like the elephant house at the zoo, and makes me want to gag at the thought of brushing my teeth in there.
So, with what some people chose to do like peeing, pouring out cups/mugs, and livestock trailers with animals that do what come naturally, brushing your teeth between truck/trailer doesn't seem out of line to me.

 

I would never brush my teeth in a TS restroom. I don't even like using the toilet in them. On my routes there are just so many beautiful, clean, interesting rest areas on the interstate that I do most of my restroom things in them. Pretty well the only reason I go into a TS is for fuel.

 

Public bathrooms are just to grooooosssss
