can get an inverter thru them, they will take it outta your pay in installments to make it easier, they will install it if its hot, send an idle...
shouldn't have a problem getting home in cali, especially if you go western 11. there's tons of may trucks out west, maybe ya dont see them down...

when you do your test they want you to double clutch (or the guy in denver wants you to anyway), when you are on your own it doesnt matter

depending on your terminal that 2 yr experience is not required, denver said 2 yrs or like 50k miles, which for an OTR driver is like 6 months...
