240k on a 03 supposes to be a lot? I have an 06 with 287k only thing was a clutch at 195k. Sold an 01 with 397k, oh yeah still on the factory vp-44.
you cant mention any version of the powerstroke in the same sentence as the isb.
read here, the best engine put in a light duty truck is the isb 5.9 or 6.7 nothing else compares.
