OP, there are plenty of LTL companies that hire drivers with no experience or CDL. FXF and ODFL have a similar dock to driver program....

Our trucks are 65, unless if they're turned up to 70... that's only for high mileage runs.
ODFL has a terminal in Newburgh. I'd start with that and call the terminal manager. Good luck.
