Just checking, but there is a separate fuse panel for bunk with just a few fuses and relays under bunk as well as the one at drivers side kick...
Sounds like it is the resistor. rare for a blower motor to go out. the resistor is the panel that the wiring plugs into at the blower.
could be fuse, could be blower motor went out. is bunk switch on dash on?
it all depends on how mechanically inclined you are. If you are pretty good at that then carry a decent set of tools with you. Saves a fortune...
