Pulled the panel of the dash off and could feel the switch pulsing when moving through the delay settings and to low and high. Only high works....
should of read your reply better. Its not in the turn signal lever.Its a knob in the lower left dash.

Wipers quit working in low and delayed. They only work in the fast mode. Is it a wiper motor problem or maybe just a wire?
