My terminal.has alot.of 10 plus year drivers....probably 7 of them are 20 plus years...

Correct your out 4 to 5 days... and work 10 to 14 hours....then off for 10 to 12..but thats not forever...heck i scored a bid run in 2 weeks of...

So i started at saia a couple months back at one of their smaller terminals.. And i must say...its GREAT! training -since ive never pulled...
There are a few ltl companies that take on new cdl drivers...think old dominion does
Dallas terminal is huge compared to mine out of Tenn lol
They all come in at the same time here... guess it all depends on the terminal
