Yes the charge was 2011 and the probation was a whole yr following.

Lol no Maryland has probation before judgement as a disposition in court cases. It is not a conviction under md law but I was trying to find out...
I think I am far enough past the probation period that it will stay a PBJ but, I do think if I was charged with the same offense they can go back...
In which case it then changes from a PBJ disposition to a guilty.
Yes a PBJ is a vacated adjudication and its my understanding it stays that way unless you have another violation within x number of yrs.
