My 05 Columbia did the same thing today after I replaced brand new cluster turn out it was the front turn signal bulbs in the head light housing...
Check the tractor tail fuse it's #48 fuse on my 2005 Freightliner Columbia.
Please help I got the same code and I can't figure out where that retarder relay is located?!
