if low voltage to the starter is the problem... you can always wire the batteries in series temporarily provided the amperage is decent
greatly depends on the company you are pulling for. some carriers dont pull any hazmat and some dont make it worth the while to carry the endorsement
when you pull both brakes it can cause tension alone the scale plates pulling them together..... pop your truck brakes and leave the trailer charged
