Was the compressor clutch energized?

Low on freon or out of freon.Vacuum it out, if it holds charge it up.
Check the harness for rub through wire,could be where tie straps are securing the harness down.Look for any signs of green corrosion.
You're going way off track guy.Forget about wiring diagrams until you figure out why it wont start.(fuel solenoid bad or is injection pump not...
Remove the fuel solenoid and see if it starts.
