If i was getting paid hourly, i would want to start in the am so that i can enjoy the afternoon with the family and head to bed around 9-10.
My company dropped my rate down from 0.66 cpm to 0.56 and when i took them to the federal labour board, i was able to recoup the difference.

Yes, highlight deducts $50 biweekly for their insurance which they claim is for new drivers who are new to the industry and will cover any damage...
