You need to tell some one at the co. and get out of his truck if he is as bad as you say then he is not going to teach you what you need to know...
as saide above make sure you both so that your personal life out side the job does not suffer as for empty comeing back home if the pay is right...
sounds like you have had some bad luck but dont just look at the big co some little co have trn also or a o/o who will have you fill out a 1099...
