Lease-operators are company drivers who pay for their feul. The profit margin is so low that you have to run 7,000 miles a week just to eat.
Not having ezpass gives them a GREAT excuse to get drivers to pay tolls, and then screw them out of the money. Companies LOVE doing that. But...
