No. The driver left the facility. Got to the receiver and the receiver rejected the load due to spillage.
Supposedly it was a “driver error” but they’re fighting it cause the load took 12 hours to load and then secured by the driver then spillage fell...
So basically if the driver is a company driver it has no effect on the driver what so ever?
