Well... it is Not Safe therefore it should be illegal whether it has a Net or No Net. I my self experienced it ....going through my training.....
1- It Is Illegal to sleep on top bunk while the truck is on motion, 2- It Is Unsafe to Sleep on Top bunk while truck is moving. ...let me know...
