Key on.. should get ABS lights illuminated on dash then go out.. and be able to hear the “system self check” clicks… none of this happening now.....
Look at fuse panel.. most likely there is a jumper wire between 2 fuses .. had same issue with mine.. removed jumper wire everything worked as it...
