I started floating gears today on the down shifting and it seems to work alot better. Seems like 10 mph is the sweet spot to drop from 5th to 4th....
It's 1-4 low range than 5-8 high range and it also has just one low gear, I would assume it's for getting started with a heavy load on a incline...
Don't remember the year. I just know it's a Mac pinnacle 8 speed maxitorque ES t300 transmission. It's at least 10 years old
