i settled on uniden pc78xl i use in truck.im looking for info on an antenna to use now and then for my car on trips.i dont want to spend alot...
so would you rccomend for same price ranges get uniden pc68xl- pc78xl-cobra 25 v-cobra 29?
have u ever seen the classic 25 or 29 withount lit up knobs,just the meter and channel at night? if so are they not as bright as blue?
even when its dimmed?is it bright or distracting or both
i just got the uniden pc68ltw but i mount on dash of truck and the backlit knobs and all is too bright when i dim only the meter and channel...

ok cool i guess for the fact the uniden lights up knobs ill go with the uniden pc68ltw i belive its either 59.99 or 69.99 on sale at pilot.local in ny
im using the trucks stock stuff just hookin up radio to the trucks
