OVer 50% of truckers have a form of sleep apnea....this is a serious medical issue...something that those of you who have sleep apnea should...

Statistics would say that 50% of truckers have sleep apnea or a case of it! There are new alternatives to sleep apnea instead of using a CPAP.
Surgery if it works...is great to a point...but once again is only a 50% chance of actually working. The CPAP is bulky and very uncomfortable.
Have any of you sought out alternative methods other than the CPAP MACHINE or surgerey?
