Yea the trucks starts to jump really badly but it only happens if I’m pulling off on a incline. In fact I can’t really pull off on a incline

Looking at a tanker trailer to buy. It’s a center discharge with pipe to rear. Is this almost the same as rear discharge? Any pros and cons?
