straight pipe to the end ,and originally right after turbo there was 4" ring / reducer inside pipe ,its gone too
mine goes to 35 close to 40 sometimes also ,but i got egr closed and hi flow exhaust
put it in oven for 15 min with 200 Fahrenheit ,with oven off , it'll come apart like any other headlamp
sorry to tell you ,but as far as i know you'll never gona get mpg with ten speed like with i-shift ,or even 13 , I hated 10 in one of my trucks...
any blaupunkt radio is plug and play in volvo, i got may radio from ebay ,works flawlessly and way better than stock one i had
