This is the just of it without going into specific details and also if it’s hydrogen you can extend that time to more then 5-6hrs easily.
The fact they would even try load pay in that area of the country is laughable. You have companies paying over $40hr in the PNW!
Zero inches and zero pressure typically means a hot tank. Unless the driver is trained in the procedures of filling a hot tank you shouldn’t proceed.
