Had similar problem ... Turned out to be the wiper switch itself ....replaced problem solved
Had this problem turned out to be a break in wiring to the bunk blower... Fixed bad wire problem solved for a while... Bunk blower stopped working...
Had this problem also... Turned out to be the trailer wire connection box on rear of tractor where the pigtail plugs into back of tractor......
