i had that thing too, i solved this by replaced the V shape spring which holds clutch pedal in top position, you need to remove plastic panel on...

i had exactelly the same problem about. 4 months ago, it means all seals between hot and cold side of turbo going bad, you better replace that...
hi Cummins ISX 475, egr engine , 1,126.680 right now and still going up, small oil leak on the back right corner (head gasket) , no lucas , oil...

i guess you did.....i tested with soapy water today morning and that #### leak is pretty big so im gonna try this cheaper option from this guy

all i have now is about 29-32 max. psi, will fix secondary tank leaks and leaking valve ( rear end of tranny) then i let you know what i got
thats what i try to fix, all air leaks.... and i do a progress but still can find some small leaks, someone before me didnt mantain that truck...
