would check all fuses on motherboard. my first guess would be a bad mother board. could possibly be a bad hmi.

what does it say on the screen when you do turn it on?
press up arrow and down at the same time until ppp appears on screen(can be tricky to get it) if you dont get it first time power off and back on...
