That seams to be the case.
I'm not trying to to create a "mass exit" but a level of trust for o/o's which is a vital part of a win/win situation.
Reviewing polices is one thing but controlling to the point of making sure all is legal is another.
The other question is ....are lucrative loads (that were consistent for months on end) taken from o/o's that made decisions based on those...
