Is the filter fully seated and installed properly? if not it will just bypass the filter causing it to empty and will not prime.
Are you sure it's not the engine shutdown light coming on? Coolant and oil level would cause buzzer to come on as a pre-warning.
got a 07 volvo vn tractor with IPC message of "check coolant level at next stop". No fault codes. Replaced coolant level sensor and cleaned...
