i think any supplements bought in stores like GNC shouldn't cause too many problems, i'd be careful of buying stuff over the internet though...
stay out the fast food and get in to the super markets fill ya fridge with fruit veg and drink lots of water...
i have experience in the Uk as well as Canada/US, i find the biggest difference being that in the UK trucks are just these big lumps of metal...

Awesome article, i too prepare alot of my own meals in the truck, i try to eat alot of fruit and vegtables as my driving snacks.... the best thing...
