    They put every new driver with a trainer,to make sure you are familiar with company policies and rules before sending you out.
    Also to make sure you’re not going to kill anybody.
    I was to be with a trainer for a few weeks and they issued me a truck after about 10 days.

    It depends on what you are going to be doing. Crete has a good website. It shows all of their dedicated, regional, and OTR stuff and the pay should be listed.

    Crete isn't that bad pay wise as long as you can put up with all the quirks. They are probably overboard on bean counting.
