'00 Pete interior questions...

    I've got a 2000 Pete with the 'standard' interior (is that what you'd call it??...wood grain dash) and I was wondering if there was a way to get American Class door panels etc. on the cheap..........AND........if the 'wood' grain dash is different from what I've got to an American Class............????????? I'm thinking it is a bit of a lighter color, more 'gold' than brown. But my main area of concern is the door panels, I think it'd spruce things up some. TIA.
