My big ABS valve is leaking from the rubber thing directly in the center when I push the brake pedal. It only happens when the parking brake is pushed in (released). I got a DOT violation from it today. Replace the valve or could it be a bad brake chamber? See pics attached.

Pinch off the blue line between the quick release valve and the abs valve. It will probably quit leaking then.
If so, replace the quick release valve.
